Hello everyone, welcome to my channel and my kitchen. Let’s start making the soft and delicious pastries that I learned from a patisserie master. Let’s take 5 cups of flour into a kneading bowl. Let’s add a packet of instant yeast, a tablespoon of sugar and 3 teaspoons of salt.

Let’s add 200 grams of butter and knead a little. This is the recipe I learned. The master specifically stated that we should use the butter as soon as we take it out of the fridge. It starts to soften after a while.

Let’s add 2 eggs, but reserve the yolk of one of them to spread on top. Let’s add a tea glass of yoghurt and start kneading. I use about a glass of water in total. The cup size is 200 ml.

Water controlled . It is useful to add, friends, adding a glass of water directly will make it difficult for your dough to get consistency. I add one finger less water from a glass of water in a controlled manner. Let ‘s add a few tablespoons of olive oil to the dough

And continue kneading for a while. This way, our dough will be a softer dough and will not stick to our hands. When it is taken, let’s add the cheese and dill. You can use white cheese or by mixing several types of cheese. Let’s let the dough rest for an hour.

After an hour, let’s start shaping our dough. Let’s separate our dough, slightly larger than a walnut, and shape it as seen. While we continue to shape, our dough that we put on the tray continues to swell. Tray fermentation We can lightly press it like this.

Let’s add 2 tablespoons of milk to the egg we reserved, squeeze it and spread it on the dough we shaped. I used blue poppy seeds for the top. If you wish, you can also use sesame or black cumin. Let’s bake it in the preheated oven at 180 degrees until it turns golden brown.

Our soft, deliciously scented pastries are ready. As you can see, they are very easy to make. It’s simple , but it’s so delicious that you’ll want to try it often. When it’s too much, that is, if I haven’t made it for a guest, I save some of it in the freezer.
