Soft Turkish Flatbread (Bazlama) With Cheese Recipe

Ingredients:

* 250 ml of lukewarm water
* 250 ml of warm milk
* 1 packet of dry or fresh yeast
* 1 teaspoon of sugar
* 2 teaspoons of salt
* 3 tablespoons of olive oil
* 1 kg of flour
* Some of the cheese varieties you desire
* Some parsley

Instructions:

* Put all the material required for the start dough in a bowl.
* Knead thoroughly either in the machine or by hand until a pulp dough is obtained.
* Place the kneaded dough in an oily bowl, cover it and rest for 30 minutes.
* Make 8 equal meringues from the dough at the end of this period
* Cover the doughs and rest for another 30 minutes.
* Mix all the necessary material for the inner material on the other side
* Take the resting doughs one by one and flatten and put cheese into them
* Make a dough again.
* Cover them and rest for 15 minutes.
* Roll each dough at the end of this period
* Rest the flatbread for 15 minutes and cook either in a pizza machine or in a pan until it is browned on both sides.
* Spread butter on the cooked flatbread.
* Serve hot.
