Thanks to Jackie for sending us this recipe!
Crushed Pork Rind Pizza Crust
1 cup crushed pork rinds
8 oz. softened cream cheese
4 eggs
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 teaspoon garlic power
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
preheat oven to 425 degrees
Whisk 4 large eggs in a large bowl. Add in softened cream cheese, grated parmesan, mozzarella, and spices, then add in your crushed pork rinds. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes to absorb. Spread onto a parchment lined sheet or pizza pan. We made ours thicker but I think it would also be great a but thinner, around 1/2 inch thick.
put it in the oven at 425 for 20 minutes, once done let it cool, add toppings, bake to let it all melt for around 5-7 minutes.
We topped ours with pepperoni, sugar free pizza sauce, and a little basil

Thanks for this recipe, I'll be trying it today. Also the shredded pepperoni idea, so logical :). I use a schmear of tomato PASTE when I make pizzas similar to this. Less moisture and deeper flavor works for me.
This looks delicious! Do you have any recommendations what I can use instead of pork rinds?
Do you ladies ever put yummy Italian seasoning on your pizza? Or oregano? Makes it much better, IMO.
What I don't like about almost any of the keto pizzas is that they don't stand stiff. You need two hands to eat them. The only one I've tried that does hold itself is the chicken one, but it's so filling I can never it eat whole
I was a meat lovers thin crust pizza type of guy, I now make a fat head dough meat lovers pizza with no sauce. I want to avoid the lectins in tomatoes.
I live in Ontario and this is the first time I have heard this😃 Love your channel
Wow, looks awesome!!! Me too on the cheese (I’ve never said too much cheese). Strange thing is I hated cheese as a kid.
I can't wait to make this. My brother and I always eat pizza together. We love bacon ranch chicken pizza. I just started low carb and he eats the SAD diet. I'll just pack some with me when I see my brother
This looks great but is the crust crispy on the bottom? I have tried soooooo many crusts and have not achieved that yet😢
Thank you, good to enjoy good, nutrient rich food.
Just watched this video last night & made it today! Omg! It’s sooo good!! Easy to make & I only made 1/2 the recipe as I’m the only one eating Keto. Came out perfect! So, for anyone with smaller pizza size in mind just cut ingredients in half! Enjoy Y’all!!❤🍕🍕🥰
Pre keto, my sister in law and I would go to our favourite local restaurant and order mozza toast with pineapple. So good! Sweet and salty ❤. So needless to say, I love pineapple on pizza too!
How funny that the shredded pepperoni was a Canadian thing and I used to do this for my kids when they were young so it was easier to eat lol
Looks super . Cant wait to try it.
I live in Ontario Canada and have never heard of shredding the pepperoni but I'm sure it's yummy. I love a deluxe pizza.
I can't wait to try this. I wonder if after it sits, you could roll the dough into a ball and then flatten it out with a rolling pin like a pie crust between parchment papers using a keto flour or spray oil as a release agent? 😋
My favorite pizza place dices the pepperoni. All the toppings are the same size.
Favorite topping: Bacon, ham, sundried tomatoes, and cheese.
Oh my goodness this looks absolutely delicious. I have all the ingredients except for mozzarella. I'll have to pick that up soon.. Yum 😋
Ontario, Canada (about an hour outside Toronto) Girl, born and raised for the past 44 years and I’ve never seen or heard of this sliced pepperoni on pizza you speak of 😅. I love tasting the pepperoni, especially when the edges get crunchy !!!!!!! Big round slices is all I’ve ever seen.
Would make a good Detroit style pizza
I am sure my partner and myself could not eat a whole pie. Do you have any tips on storing and reheating?
