I have some extra bits to add to my shopoing carr and my amazon basket. Re the jello and ice cream mix. In the UK, if we are trying to be healthier, we use sugar free jelly and fat free yoghurt in a flavour that goes well with the jelly. Its really good and yes, adding in fruit pieces makes it even better. Another cheat although not healthy, is mixing jelly, single cream, cream cheese and yougurt together, then pouring the mixture onto a graham cracker/digestive biscuit base made with butter. Do this in a non-stick springform cake tin with greaseproof paper in the bottom. Let it set in the fridge and when revealed, decorate with fresh fruit and drizzled chocolate or chcocolate decorations like leaves. 😊
Try making the pumpkin donuts with spice cake mix. Delicious! They also work great in muffin pans.
Hershey’s makes cookies n’ cream Eggies! Not sure if they’re nut free, but they exist! One Easter my sister and I ate way too many and I haven’t had many since, but they’re exactly what you’d hope for so definitely try them!
Unpopular opinion: Kroger croissants are 100x better than Costco 🤷🏻♀️
