Malzemeler:
1,5 Su bardağı irmik
2 Yumurta
Yarım çay bardağı şeker
Yarım su bardağı sıvıyağ
Yarım su bardağı eritilmiş tereyağı
1 Su bardağı yoğurt
1 Limon rendesi
3 Tepeleme yemek kaşığı un
1 Paket kabartma tozu

Şerbeti için:
4 Su bardağı şeker
3 Su bardağı su
7-8 damla limon suyu

???? Kullanmış olduğum su bardağı ölçüsü 200 ml
???? Kullanmış olduğum çay bardağı ölçüsü 125 ml

???? Önceden ısıtılmış 180C derece alt üst ayar fırında pişiriyoruz.

❗️Fırından çıkan sıcak tatlıyı bekletmeden , ılımış olan şerbeti veriyoruz .

Revani recipe / sherbet desserts / dessert recipes

Materials:
1.5 cups of semolina
2 eggs
half a teaspoon of sugar
Half a glass of oil
Half cup of melted butter
1 cup of yogurt
1 lemon zest
3 heaping tablespoons of flour
1 packet of baking powder

For the syrup:
4 cups sugar
3 glasses of water
7-8 drops of lemon juice

???? The cup size I used is 200 ml
???? The size of the tea cup I used is 125 ml

???? We bake in a preheated 180C degree upside down oven.

❗️ without waiting for the hot dessert that comes out of the oven, we give the warm sherbet.

Matériaux:
1,5 tasse de semoule
2 oeufs
une demi-cuillère à café de sucre
Un demi-verre d’huile
Une demi-tasse de beurre fondu
1 tasse de yaourt
1 zeste de citron
3 grosses cuillères à soupe de farine
1 sachet de levure chimique

Pour le sirop :
4 tasses de sucre
3 verres d’eau
7-8 gouttes de jus de citron

???? La taille de tasse que j’ai utilisée est de 200 ml
???? La taille de la tasse à thé que j’ai utilisée est de 125 ml

???? Nous cuisons dans un four renversé préchauffé à 180°C.

❗️ sans attendre le dessert chaud qui sort du four, on donne le sorbet chaud.
