Sweet Potatoes Will Change how you feel about BREAD, I grew up with potato rolls, potato buns, potato bread for everything, I don’t know why. BUT I LOVe a good potato roll.. so why not make a sweet potato roll and get all the benefits of sweet potatoes.
This is a Vegan Sweet potato Bread recipe that is super versatile.. 1 because of how easy it is to make, but 2 because of how it can be used. Use it as a pizza dough, hamburger or hotdog buns, a loaf of bread, or how we made them here as nice and hot dinner rolls, with NO milk, no butter, no eggs… Mostly Sweet potato

To make low-oxalate bread, substitute einkorn flour for the modern wheat and pumpkin for sweet potato.

I wish I could have bread, real bread. GF bread is so gross to me and I’ve been missing out for years. I used to love potato bread. I’ll try this with a gf flour and all of the things to improve it like psyllium husks and chia/flax etc. 🤤

not on topic, but thankyou for the new pasta cooking technique (you posted somewhere) the g.f. pastas make a lot of 'thick/saucy water' and this can be used to advantage cooking your new technique in cooking the pasta with the pasta sauce ingredient – awesome thanks- love your vids.

Did I hear 2 tsps of salt? If so, why so much salt? I've made sweet potato bread using 1 tsp of salt and I found it way too salty, and I love salt.

Sweet potato is a good idea! I make bread often with pumpkin or squash in a similar way. You should try using this dough to make steamed bao buns. They are incredible.
Why do you use baking powder in your recipe? If you use yeast shouldn’t that be enough for the rise of the bread? Not a criticism, just a question.
