You can consume it as a winter pickle when you store it in a cool place for 2 years. Moreover, it does not lose anything from its crispness. I’m going to the recipe for this delicious pickle. Have a nice day everyone. I washed and dried all the vegetables that I will use in pickles. I’m going to prepare the peppers first. I used half a kilo of chili pepper in my recipe. The peppers I use are sweet.
You can use these peppers as hot if you want, according to your own taste . I take the stems of the peppers and then cut them at 2-3 finger intervals. I put the chopped peppers in the bowl. If you want, you can cut your peppers by cutting the stems one by one

. After preparing the peppers, I take the ends of the cucumbers. I used a kilo of cucumbers in this recipe. These cucumbers that I bought from the village market are both very small and very tasty. Take care to pick small cucumbers while making the pickle.
Cucumbers that I have taken the stem parts in a circular way. I’m correct as you can see in the video. I set them all aside. I used 10 cloves of garlic and 5 gin peppers in my recipe. I chop the garlic, which I have peeled, into small pieces.
In this way, the aroma of the garlic will pass into the pickle better. I put the chopped garlic in the bowl again. I clean the stems of 5 gin peppers. I set these aside. I washed and drained half a bunch of parsley well. I chop the parsley at random. I’m setting these aside.
I used a kilo of tomatoes in my recipe. I chop the tomatoes with their skins into the rondo in small pieces. I clean the root part and chop it small. Then I pull it from the rondo until it turns into a puree. In the meantime,
I will be sharing all the ingredients in my recipe with their measurements in the Description section under my video . If you want, you can also take a look there. I pour the tomatoes I made first into the bowl. After pulling a few tomatoes,
I will put the other tomatoes in the rondo. I also put the 5 gin peppers that I have separated into small pieces. I’ll mash this along with the remaining tomatoes. Thus, we put the hot pepper in the sauce into the sauce. I mashed all the tomatoes and put them in the bowl.
I put a glass of olive oil in the pot. Make sure to use olive oil at this stage. I add a glass of grape vinegar. Apple cider vinegar does too. I add a tablespoon of powdered sugar. I add 2 tablespoons of rock salt.
At this stage, be sure to use coarse salt or rock salt. Otherwise, your pickles will melt. We opened our quarry. Six will be on high heat. After mixing these ingredients for a while, I add the peppers into it. I cook, stirring, until the peppers turn yellow.
Do not boil too much at this stage. 5 minutes is enough for the peppers. As you can see, the peppers turn yellow as they heat up. Make sure they’re all yellowed. I pour tomato sauce into the yellowed peppers. The bottom of our stove is still on high heat.
After adding the sauce, I mix it up. Then I add the garlic that I have chopped into small pieces. I also add parsley in it. I also mix them with other ingredients. I used a teaspoon of lemon salt in this recipe. I add a teaspoon of lemon salt.
I keep it like this until it boils completely. After our ingredients start to boil, I hold it for 5 minutes. We boil it like this for 5 minutes. At the end of 5 minutes, I mix it up. We turn off our stove. While our sauce is still hot, I pour cucumbers into it.
This place is very important. Before putting the cucumbers, make sure to turn off the bottom of your stove. I mix the cucumbers together with the hot ingredients. Now we take our pot from the stove. We’re going to put it in jars while it’s still very hot.
We will close the lid tightly, so we will vacuum it. I pour the hot pickle into the jars. I filled 5 500 milliliter jars with this recipe. You can use a larger jar or a smaller one if you wish. After filling up to the thin part of the jar,
I dip the ingredients into the sauce with the help of a spoon, and take the previously unused jar lid and close it tightly, one back and two forwards. I filled all the jars the same way. I cover it with a cloth and leave it like this until it cools completely.
After the jars have cooled, I open them. I put it in the fridge. After a day, you can open your pickles and enjoy them. The next day I take out the jars. As you can see, the lids of all the jars are inwards. You can store it this way for 2 years.
I also want to show you the inner texture of these delicious pickles. I blew the lid of the jar and show it for you. Our wonderful pickle , which is very delicious and without any deterioration, is ready. You can eat it with your meals if you want.
