2 cups rice
1 bunch fresh parsley, finely chopped
½ bunch fresh mint, finely chopped
6 cloves garlic, minced
6 tbsp pomegranate molasses

2 tbsp red pepper paste
Red pepper flakes, paprika, black pepper, dried mint

For the cooking sauce;
3 tbsp red pepper paste
½ cup olive oil
3 cups warm water
3 tsp dried mint
