    Nice vlog 👌, on wintery days such as these or any lazy day or when you have lots of veggies at hand , you can try Thai green curry too, nice filling & healthy option, check Tarla dalal's recipe for the veg version, enjoy with simple rice or just like a soup, the coconut milk in it makes it a hearty & light on the palette meal 😊.

I was about to say this, Gond Katira is taken in water and kept for some time so that it becomes double in quantity, and then adding lemon juice or chia seeds or roohafza as per your taste in summers. Gond for laddoo and panjiri is different altogether, and they are very small in size almost like uncut diamonds 😊 just brought from India this time.
