Ingredients:
From the previous day rice 200-250g
Or fresh cooking.
6-7 broccoli florets
1-2 pieces of spring onion
1 carrot
1 zucchini
1 pointed pepper
3-4 tablespoons dark soy sauce

Preparation:
I like to take the rice from my previous day, you can also cook it fresh.
In that case, the first thing we do is prepare the rice, and while it is cooking we fry the vegetables.
First put all the vegetables in the pan, fry them, add some soy sauce and let them simmer for 4-5 minutes.
I like it when my veggies are a bit crispy, if you want them done add 4-5 tablespoons of water and let it simmer.
Add the rice and sauté on low for 5 minutes.
