Hello, my dear friends. Welcome to my Yezin recipes food channel and my new recipe . Today, we’ll be making a very easy-to-make, delicious, and quick bun. I don’t want to keep you waiting too long. Without further ado, I’ll move on to the ingredients list. My ingredients are half a cup of milk, half a cup of water, 2 tablespoons of yogurt, 1 package of baking powder, and a mixing bowl . Use a spatula to mix the ingredients thoroughly. I’ll get right to the kneading process. I’ll detail all the ingredients, including their measurements, in the description section. Please check it out and use it. I have 4 cups of flour set aside . I add a teaspoon of salt and mix it with a spatula. When it stops mixing with a spatula, I’ll move on to kneading by hand. I set aside 4 cups of flour, but I used 3.5 cups. Because my dough turned out the way I wanted it to be. Therefore, be sure to check the flour you use, as the brand and consistency will change the consistency of the dough. Please add it in a controlled manner. Don’t pour 4 cups of flour into your dough at once just because you’ve used 4 cups of flour. This can make your dough too stiff and the result won’t be as good, which it probably won’t be. When you have a small amount of flour, you can find the right consistency by adding more flour. However, adding too much flour can be a bit more difficult. You may need to add milk. You may need to add water. So, please add it in a controlled manner. I put my dough on my counter and knead it thoroughly. The delicious pastries we make depend to a certain extent on the dough we knead. The more we combine the dough, the better the results will be. As you can see, I knead the dough thoroughly. I cleaned off any dough scraps from my hands . I kneaded the dough quickly on my counter, as you can see . I want to show you the consistency. You can make this recipe without hesitation. Today, we’re making ground meat saya buns with you, my friends. I forgot to mention it at the beginning. Look, the dough has a really nice consistency. Now, I’m taking my kneading bowl and letting it rest for 10-15 minutes . I cover it with a clean cloth and set it aside. For our filling, I grate 1 medium onion. I add 300 grams of ground meat, chopped parsley, and salt and pepper. I’m also kneading and preparing our filling thoroughly, my friends. In the meantime, our dough is resting very well. Let’s knead the ground meat with the onion and black pepper thoroughly. Let’s balance the flavor and mix the spices well. Our filling is ready. Now, before we move on to the dough, let’s adjust the butter. We have 150 grams of butter. I heated it and melted it. Then I added half a teacup of vegetable oil, set it aside, and I moved on to the dough. I thought I had the camera on at this point, but I hadn’t, friends. As you can see, I divided the dough into four equal pieces . We’ll immediately move on to the rolling process. After dusting a plate with flour, I transfer the balls to it. Make sure they are the same size when shaping them. I put some flour on my counter. I took my ball. After sprinkling flour on it, I start rolling it out with a rolling pin. You can also roll it out with a rolling pin , but I generally find it much easier with a rolling pin. That’s why I roll out each ball thoroughly . When the dough starts to stick, I add flour if it needs flour. I didn’t add too much flour, friends. Because the dough turned out really well. It was very thick. I roll out each ball to a size slightly larger than the serving plate. I set it aside and move on to the next ball. Friends, I want to give you a little reminder. I take the ground meat mixture we’ve prepared and, as you can see, spread it evenly over the phyllo sheet, using both hands . I place the second sheet of phyllo on top with butter. We always butter each layer, friends. Let’s not forget that. I wanted to show you every step in a quicker format . I’m spreading the ground meat mixture again , evenly. It’s very easy to make and tastes really good. I definitely recommend you make this. You can make it with different ingredients. This bun is originally empty. Saya buns are made empty. After placing the third sheet of phyllo on top of the ground meat, I butter it again and spread the last bits of ground meat over it. I try to spread it evenly. Now, after placing the last sheet of phyllo in its place, we’ll move on to the next steps. As you can see, I’ve stacked all the phyllo sheets on top of each other . I’ve placed the ground meat mixture in between them. We were supposed to let our dough rest for 10 or 15 minutes, but I rushed, friends. If I had let it rest, it would have been much easier to shape. Please let it rest. I’m pulling and tugging at the edges like this, trying to enlarge the dough. As you can see, be careful to make sure the dough underneath is evenly spaced . Try to keep it evenly spread. I generously oiled it and folded it over. We’ll oil it with each fold. The more thoroughly we oil it, the crispier and more delicious it will be. Look here, I’ve folded it now. I rolled it back out again. Because I couldn’t evenly distribute the dough. So, let it stay inside. I changed the folding method so the ground meat mixture wouldn’t get stuck in the middle and onto the baking sheet . I placed it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, as you can see. I was supposed to let it rest for 10 minutes here, but again, I rushed. Please make sure you let it rest for 10 minutes when you take it out. I try to flatten it with my hands to make it the size of the baking sheet. You can also make it in a round baking sheet. I really squashed it to the size of the baking sheet. It took a lot of effort, friends. But if I had waited, I would have shaped it much faster. I poured plenty of butter on it. After pouring the remaining butter on it, I continued shaping. I pressed it down to the size of the baking tray, my friends. I hope you enjoy making it and get perfect results.
