I should add that you should cut any bread, cake, cookie and similar recipes or anything with flour similar after they just got out of heat eccept when explicitly stated.
LET IT SIT AND STEAM FOR A BIT!!! This makes everything get set accordingly and the vapor running off will help with texture and flavor (less water inside means flavor stays inside and then, flavor is more concentrated.)
The crust would be better if you let it sit before cutting.
