Summer just ended, so Costco is just releasing a bunch of comfort food now. Chicken and waffles with hot honey syrup. 1859. I got to read the directions again because the last time the internet flamed me. We’re going to go with air fry cuz I think it’ll make the chicken crispier. Pretty freaking meaty. 400 for 12 minutes. Put them onto a microwavable plate. Microwave for 60 seconds. Got to flip these chickens while the skin fell off this one. 6 more minutes. Costco chicken and waffles. We’re going to try this without the honey. Decently crispy. Do some syrup. A lot of times when I eat brunch, I get chicken and waffles. It’s always chicken breast, so it ends up tasting kind of dry. Especially when you’re eating a dry waffle, but this chicken thigh is really juicy. They give you two of these hot honey packets. Time to upgrade this thing to level three. This syrup is like really watery. It’s like not that sweet. Kind of tart. Usually I like to eat Mike’s extra hot honey. This will make it taste a lot spicier. Very tender. Yeah. D that beef. The waffle’s also really good. You’re one of those guys that like cuts it in between the pork. Absolutely. As a weird 87.
