Today, I’m making a quick, delicious, and filling egg sandwich with hamburger buns. First, prep the ingredients. I cut the small, sweet tomatoes in half. I cut a red pepper in half and remove the veins and seeds. You can also use half a capsicum. Then, I slice the aged Kars kashar cheese and two hard-boiled eggs, about the consistency of an apricot. Now it’s time to add them. I cut the soft, fluffy hamburger bun in half and arrange the ingredients in order. I arrange the egg slices on the bottom.
