1 teaspoon of butter. Apply the butter generously to the pan. Place the potatoes in the pan as shown on the screen. Cook over medium heat. Cover with a lid and cook until golden brown. Cover a flat plate and turn it upside down. Sprinkle red pepper flakes on top. Pour egg sauce over it.
