- Papaya
- Tuz — domuz omzunun ağırlığının %1'i
- Kimyon
- Kişniş
- Füme paprika
- Rendelenmiş zencefil
- Kıyılmış sarımsak
- Tarçın
- Karanfil

The best I've been able to find on YT in recent months!! Greetings from Peru! 🇵🇪
You never fail to show me dishes, methods, and techniques that I'd never even heard of
Keep these awesome videos coming – short and interesting!
I'm a visual person, so I love your spice palette! 🙂 I knew about the tenderizing ability of papaya, but all I've found in my area is the dried papaya spears that are coated in sugar. Even if I rinse it off it's way too sweet.
BTW, congrats on breaking over 30K subscribers! You're getting there. I knew you would! 🙂
very glad I found your channel. the recipes are wonderful but you make sure to explain your methodology as well which is really helpful for learning. plus, a kind demeanor on top of everything. thank you
