This might be good for me. I eat too much bread and when I don’t have beans ready. I tend to overeat on bread. So if they are combined. Maybe I can maintain a more normal portion size. I have problems sometimes maintaining my blood sugar due to PCOS. I don’t have diabetes tho. Which is good.

As long as you use flour its not glutenfree. I was disapointed.
I make chickpeas out of everything but there is chickpea flour and I don’t understand adding the bread flour…I was hoping it wasn’t going to be included for a gluten free recipe but I will keep searching.

Seems your promoting a certain brand of chickpeas. I say ditch those canned chickpeas and get real ones. Dry chickpeas are good. Cook them freeze them and you always have chickpeas at hand, and you know exactly what you have and what's in them

Dude, it’s an Italian word. It’s pronounced eye-oh’-lee or ah-ee-oh’-lee. The first pronunciation is the only way I heard it from children of Italian immigrants. The second is an option given when you google the Italian pronunciation of the word, it does in fact give both pronunciations. Please, when using a non English word, pronounce it according to the rules of the language it comes from.

Just curious, why do you always use canned chickpeas? Why not do a whole pot from dry? You certainly have the skill and equipment. They taste so much better.
