Okay, so I’m admittedly new to edamame preparation at home, but I read recently not to eat the pods—just to pop them out. Since you’re saucing the pods, does that mean you enjoy eating the pods as well, or you pop the edamame out with your mouth so the flavor is still there? I’m not being snarky, btw, if it sounds like a weird question—but I’m genuinely curious for ideas with a bag of ‘em frozen.
Put some nutritional yest on the popcorn(heck on the edna mommy beans too if you want) its good fiber and protine. I dont doo a lot so it likly doent add much, but every littl hit counts. I dint measure so you could and would actually know how much beneficial goodness your adding.
