Ingredients for Hatay Style Olive Salad Recipe
Green olives as much as you want
2 tomatoes
6-7 sprigs of parsley
One or two green onions as desired
A pinch of salt
Chili pepper as desired
A pinch of thyme
Olive oil
Pomegranate syrup
Hatay Style Olive Salad: Add the pitted green olives as much as you want to a serving plate or mixing bowl.
Peel the tomato in a separate bowl and chop it finely and add it to the olives.
Then, if desired, chop the green onion (we did not add it) and parsley finely and add it.
Add the pomegranate syrup, olive oil and chili pepper and mix.
You can serve the green olive salad by decorating it as you wish. Enjoy your meal
