Ingredients for Hummus Recipe
To Soak Chickpeas:

teaspoon
cumin

(depending on consistency)
For Topping:

olive oil

parsley

pomegranate seeds

pinch
red pepper powder

pinch
cumin
Soak chickpeas overnight or at least 4-5 hours in advance for hummus recipe.
Add 1 teaspoon of baking soda to the water to facilitate digestion and make it cook more easily. The next day, drain the water and rinse it again. Put the chickpeas in a pot, add water and let it cook. It will cook in a steel pot for about 45 minutes. After the chickpeas are completely soft, remove them from the stove. Put the boiled and drained chickpeas in a food processor. Add tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic and salt. Process until it reaches a smooth consistency. Add cumin at the last stage and process again. If the food processor is having difficulty, add water little by little until it reaches the desired consistency. Then, take it to a serving plate and draw a circle in the middle with a teaspoon. Finally, pour olive oil over the hummus and sprinkle chopped parsley, ground red pepper and cumin on top. The hummus is ready, enjoy!
