I like these videos i find them entertaining and informative, im training to be a chef currently and will be qualified in a few years, I would say im at the same level as you or maybe I will be in a few years, all chefs develop at different stages and im wondering how would you decide if a chef was better than the other or not is it down to intelligence or experience, my guess is creme fraiche in the scrammbled eggs could be wrong !!!
