This Korean chef is truly amazing. I can’t believe I didn’t know this perfect kale recipe before . It’s even more delicious than meat dishes . First, take 700 g of cabbage, cut it in half and remove the core of half. Chop the cabbage into small pieces and place it in a pot, add water to the pot and boil the cabbage for about 10 minutes. Then strain the water using a strainer. Chop half an onion into small cubes and sauté it with a little oil in a pan over medium heat. Add 3 crushed cloves of garlic to it, then squeeze the boiled cabbage with your hand to remove all the water. In a large bowl, mix dried cabbage, sautéed onion, two whole eggs, 1 teaspoon of salt, a teaspoon of thyme, a pinch of black pepper, half a cup of wheat flour and a pinch of chili pepper. Form the mixture into small balls. Once the oil is hot in the pan , fry the cabbage balls for about 23 minutes on each side. Serve and enjoy.
