First, we will prepare the meatballs for our meal. The meatballs will keep in the refrigerator for an hour. I put 300 grams of ground beef in the bowl. I grate 1 onion and put it in the ground meat with its juice. We grate 2 cloves of garlic into the minced meat.

. Eggplants and meatballs brown better. I used 4 green peppers in my recipe. After cutting the peppers the size of a finger, I arrange them so that they are spaced. I used sharp pepper, if you put capia pepper in between, it becomes more colorful and more beautiful.
I used 8 cloves of garlic in your recipe. I put both of them in the meatballs. I sprinkle the rest over the food. I pour the rest of the sauce over the dish. In the meantime, we opened our oven to 180 degrees upside down. We will put our food in the hot oven.
After covering it with greaseproof paper, we make pre-cooking. Then we remove the parchment paper and cook a little more. I will show you these steps as well. I cover the oil paper that I have soaked on the food in such a way that it is completely covered.
We take our food to the oven. We bake for half an hour with greaseproof paper. After half an hour, I take it out of the oven to eat. I take it on the oiled paper and take it back to the oven. We will cook it this way for 20 minutes.
After a total of 50 minutes, our food is ready for service. We are waiting for the first heat to come out as soon as we take it out of the oven. At the end of 5 minutes, we are now ready for service.
