Malzeme listesi;
1 litre süt
1 su bardağı un
1 su bardağı toz şeker
50 gr tereyağı
1 paket vanilya
1 Poşet krem şanti
1 su bardağından bir parmak eksik süt
Hindistan cevizi
Ceviz
Portakal ????

Hazırlanışı; sütü tencereye döküyoruz. Üzerine şekeri, unu ve vanilyayı ekleyip sürekli karıştırıyoruz. Pişirdiğimiz kremanın içerisine tereyağını ekliyoruz. 2-3 dk mikserle çırpıyoruz. Fırın tepsisine hindistan cevizini serpiyoruz. Üzerine hazırladığımız kremayı ince bir şekilde hindistan cevizlerini yerinden oynatmadan yavaş yavaş döküyoruz. Krem şanti ile sütü köpürtüyoruz. Tepsideki krema soğuduktan sonra üzerine krem şantiyi sürüyoruz. Tatlımızı önce ortadan kesiyoruz. Videoyu dikkatlice izleyerek nasıl kesildiğini ve sarıldığını görebilirsiniz. Tatlımızın üzerine portakal kabuğu rendeliyoruz. Cevizleri serpiyoruz. Buzdolobına kaldırıp soğumaya bırakıyoruz. Afiyet olsun.

Hello dear followers, your family’s chef Oktay is preparing a roll dessert for you today! It’s a milky, creamy, super soft dessert with orange flavor. Let’s see what do we need for this dessert we can enjoy at Iftar time, tea time or any other time. We need 1 lt of milk, a cup of flour, a cup of sugar, 50 g butter, a pack of vanilla Then coconut for coating, walnuts, orange zest, a pack of whipped cream, and slightly less than a cup of milk. I’ll show you all the details. Are you ready for a dessert so easy to prepare and looks lovely? First we pour the milk into the pot. Bismillahirrahmanirrahim (In the name of Allah, the compassionate, the merciful). I hope you enjoy! After taking cold milk in the pot, I add a cup (200 ml) of sugar, a cup of flour and vanilla right away. We mix non-stop till it boils and then I’ll tell you the rest. You can see the consistency after it’s boiled. It’s quite fluid. It isn’t supposed to be too thick but creamy. I take it off the stove and drop 50 g of butter in. It’s an egg-free milk dessert with walnuts, a fresh taste with orange zest. Here’s a trick: you should add the butter while it’s hot and mix it with a mixer machine. If not, you can do it with a whisk too. ‘Cause then we get it nice and creamy. You can use butter or margarine. Whichever you got. Butter’s melt and this is how it looks now. You see, it’s pretty consistent. Now I’ll mix it with the mixer but before that I want to sprinkle some more coconut to fill in the gaps. Instead of coconut you can prepare a biscuit coating too. Ground the biscuits and lay them on the tray. Bismillahirrahmanirrahim (In the name of Allah, the compassionate, the merciful) Now it’s time to pour it which is a very important part. Bismillahirrahmanirrahim (In the name of Allah, the compassionate, the merciful) We pour it nice and thin. You should be careful not to move the coconut on the bottom. The pudding shouldn’t overlap. It’s super creamy. Kids are gonna love this! I’m preparing a dessert which you can serve to your guests, enjoy at iftar time or whenever. We’ll add walnuts and orange zest on top in a minute. Basically the surface is filled with pudding but we should fill the gaps if there’s any. Let me shake it a bit. Oh it looks so good. The trick is to pour the pudding right away after we mix it with butter. Our pudding has totally cooled down than I prepared a whipped cream. If you’re doing this at summer, you should rest it in the fridge for 10 minutes after spreading the whipped cream. Then you can slice it. First I cut in half longitudinally and latitudinally. Then I cut this part into 3. We get 12 servings from our measure my dear followers. Here comes walnuts and orange zest. Gives a perfect flavor. If you want you can use chocolate or lemon zest instead. It’ll be so fresh. Orange’s very good for our health too. And now comes ground walnut in line. You can use nuts, pistachios or whatever you got.. Or you can roll it straight away without any nuts. Once we’re done sprinkling walnuts, we’ll get to the rolling step. It looks perfect with all its orange zest, cream, walnuts, coconut and the pistachios on top. Rest it in the fridge then you can add some more coconut and cover it on the sides so they don’t stick to each other. I prepared you a super light dessert. I hope I was useful.
