Hello everyone again. Welcome to my channel. Today we will prepare a very nice breakfast with you. Perfect for the summer months. First of all, please don’t forget to like my video, subscribe to my channel and leave a comment. Now let’s start the preparations right away. First, I’m preparing a cold cuts plate. Normally I use pink tomatoes, but I will use bunch tomatoes because they are not any pink ones left at home. I cut them into circles and start arranging on the plate. I add the cucumbers that to the inner part. I also add greenery to the middle part; some parsley and mint. I drizzle some olive oil over the tomatoes. I finish by adding salt and thyme. Now we will fry peppers with tomato sauce, one of the best for summer breakfasts. This is how I chopped the peppers. I fry them all in hot oil. I used thin peppers. When fried they taste the best. That’s why I’m using this. I add some salt and mix it. I use one and a half cups of tomato puree. It was one of the sauces I made last summer. I add black pepper to it. I did not add salt, it already very salty. Then I add red cayenne pepper, 1 clove of garlic and some olive oil and mix. I’m going to boil this one up. I also took the peppers on the serving plate. I pour tomato sauce on the empty part in the middle. If you have a round plate, this can be a presentation alternative for you. I spread the sauce a little and this is how it is finished. Now we will make an unleavened bagel, a very simple recipe. I take a glass of milk, 2 eggs, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 packet of baking powder into a bowl and mix it a little. I’ll add flour later. I add flour in a controlled manner; First, I added 2 cups of flour. I also set aside a glass of water. I’m starting to knead. I used four and a half cups of flour in total. Start with 2 glasses of water first, and add as needed. I kneaded the dough. I will rest it for half an hour. After resting, I put it between two sheets of wax paper and open it. If you don’t have a mold, you can cut it with a glass. I will knead the remaining dough again, roll it out again and cut it. I fry the dough in hot oil. They become hollow, fluffy and empty inside. It’s very delicious. It’s also very practical to do. They fry quickly. It’s like this inside. This is too hot right now so I can’t quite touch it But the texture is really nice. Now we’re going to make a veggie omelet. I chop one capia pepper and two green peppers into small pieces. I’m getting it in to the pan. I also add a small diced potato. I spilled some out. I drizzle oil on it. I cook it on the lowest heat until it is soft. I stir it occasionally so it won’t get burned. I add some salt. After cooking, I add the egg. I put corn in the egg. I don’t put the corn first, it gets darker as it is roasted. That’s why I put it with eggs. Finally, I add a lot of grated cheddar cheese on it. I’ll close the lid and let it cook until the cheese melts. After it melts, I take the omelet back to the serving plate. Now we’re going to make a cheese plate. I have this cheese. I’m cutting it and going to melt it a little in the pan. I drizzled olive oil on it, but apparently that wasn’t needed. The cheese has already released some fat. You can melt it directly. You don’t need any oil. After it melts, I add some cayenne pepper and thyme on it. It will be fried this way. It’s really delicious. I put the melted cheese in the middle of the cheese plate. I add olives. I add the cottage cheese, which I have sliced. I sprinkle some black cumin seeds on the cheese. You know, it is both very tasty and very healthy. I’m adding some salami. I didn’t add too much as we don’t eat it too much. This is how the cheese plate is finished. My table is now ready. I hope this gives you some ideas.
