Coffee cup of yoghurt. A coffee cup of oil. A coffee cup of milk. 1 tablespoon. Grape vinegar. You can use whatever vinegar you have at home. 1 teaspoon of salt , 1 tablespoon of soft butter. Mix the ingredients like this . There is no yeast or baking powder in this recipe.
Sift 4 cups of flour and take a mixing bowl. Take a glass of flour with you and add it in a controlled manner, according to your cup size. The amount of flour may vary. I used 4.5 cups of flour. The dough is an oily dough. It kneads very well.
Knead the dough until it leaves your hand . It became a soft and beautiful dough . Divide it into 8 pieces, make 8 pieces, put it on a plate, stretch it and let it rest for 20 minutes. I had some work to do. It rested for 2 hours.

Again by turning it upside down in both directions and fold it in this way. Prepare all the dough in this way. Apply only the oil we put in it, do not apply egg yolk. Bake it in the oven at 200 degrees until golden brown.
