Italian Focaccia Chicken Sandwich 🥪🇮🇹✨
Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside and loaded with juicy chicken, fresh veggies and delicious sauces — this Focaccia Chicken Sandwich is the perfect café-style meal you can make at home ❤️🤤
📝 Ingredients:
• 1 focaccia bread loaf
• 200g grilled chicken
• Lettuce leaves
• Tomato slices
• Onion slices
• Cheese slices
• 2 tbsp mayonnaise
• 1 tbsp pesto sauce
• Salt & pepper to taste
👨🍳 Process:
1. Slice the focaccia bread in half.
2. Mix mayonnaise and pesto sauce, then spread on both sides.
3. Layer lettuce, tomato, onion, cheese and grilled chicken.
4. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Close the sandwich and lightly toast if desired.
6. Cut and serve warm.
