Hello. Today I’m going to share with you a moist cake recipe with plenty of sauce, just like Brownie . It’s very easy to make and a wonderful moist cake recipe that will linger on your palate. Let’s start making it. First, we prepare the cake. To do this, I put 3 eggs in a mixing bowl. Make sure it’s large. 1 cup granulated sugar. The cup I use is 200 ml. I whisk the eggs and sugar until frothy. To prevent the cake from smelling eggy and to make it rise beautifully, let’s whisk the eggs and sugar until frothy. That’s it. Now I add 1 cup milk. 1 teacup oil. The cup I use is 100 ml. I add 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder, 1.5 packages of baking powder. I whisk them all together thoroughly using a packet of vanilla and a whisk. Until the cocoa is thoroughly dissolved. [Music] And then I add 2 cups of flour . Be sure to sift the flour beforehand or add it by sifting it. I whisk the flour well. You can also do this on the lowest setting of your mixer, if you like, until the flour is nicely distributed . I preferred to use a whisk, and it’s ready. I immediately scrape the edges of my bowl with a spatula, and this is the consistency. Let’s take you and take the large baking dish I’ll be using. I add 2 tablespoons of oil to it and use a brush to spread the oil evenly throughout. [Music] I add the cake mixture we prepared . [Music] I immediately scrape it well. I also tap it on a board a little to remove any air bubbles . I put it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius on the upper and lower setting . Now let’s bake it. For the sauce, I add 2 tablespoons of cocoa, 1 cup of granulated sugar, 1 teacup of oil, and 2 cups of milk to my pot. [Music] I immediately take the whisk and mix well. Until the cocoa is dissolved. Then I turn the heat on and continue stirring. Until it starts to boil a little. When it starts to boil a little , we turn off the heat. Our sauce starts to boil. I turn off the heat. I stir quickly a little more, and our sauce is ready. I set the sauce aside to cool. In the meantime, our cake will be beautifully baked. I check the cake. After it passes the toothpick check, I take the cake out of the oven. And after letting it sit for 5 minutes to come up to the initial temperature, I slice it with a knife. I will slice it randomly. You can adjust the size according to the number of people you are serving. Slice it small or large. I may have sliced ​​it a bit larger. I cut them all nicely like this. Now let’s add the chocolate sauce on top. Our chocolate sauce has cooled by the way. Our cake is hot. Our chocolate sauce will be cold. I add everything on top. I leave it on the counter like this until it cools nicely. My cake has cooled nicely. Now I’m covering it with plastic wrap. Be sure to cover it so it doesn’t dry out. [Music] I covered it well. Now it will rest in the fridge for 2 hours. At the end of 2 hours, I will serve it. Let’s see, in the fridge. At the end of 2 hours, I take my dessert out of the fridge. It has absorbed the sauce wonderfully. You can decorate it however you like. I will decorate half with pistachios. Half with coconut. Of course, the presentation is completely up to you. It would also look great if you decorate it with fresh fruit. That’s it. Now I’m serving it. The first slice is already gone. I want to take the second slice right away and show you.
