GINATAANG PUSO NG SAGING
Ingredients:
1 tbsp oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 medium onion, chopped
¼ lb pork loin, diced
1 piece puso ng saging
1 tbsp fish sauce
pepper to taste
salt to taste
1 can coconut milk
2 pcs red chilis

Procedure:
1. Peel and discard the outer, fibrous skin layers of banana heart until you reach the lighter, softer core.
2. Trim off the stem and discard. Cut into half and slice thinly.
3. In a large bowl, place the shredded banana heart and rock salt. Let stand for about 10 to 15 minutes or until it begins to release liquid. Using hands, squeeze to release bitter sap. Rinse very well with cold water and drain.
4. In a wide pan over medium heat, heat oil. Add onions and garlic and cook until softened.
5. Add pork and cook, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned. Add fish sauce and continue to cook for about 1 to 2 minutes.
6. Add banana heart. Cook, stirring occasionally, for about 3 to 5 minutes or until releases liquid. Add coconut milk and chili peppers.
7. Lower heat, cover, and continue to cook for about 15 to 20 minutes or until vegetable is tender, pork is cooked through, and sauce is thickened. Makes 2-3 servings.

TORTANG REPOLYO

Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp cooking oil

5. Remove from the pan and serve hot with ketchup or your favorite dipping sauce. Makes 2 servings.
Sinigang na Bangus 🤤
"Healthy" isn't really the point nor the "goodness" of most Filipino food! 😉😋
LASWA FTW
Erwan search for DoyDoy and Bats wii as they pronounce Batswii in kapangpanggan, Doydoo from north
13:00 idk where local supermarket you bought your cabbage from, but stating that this is below 50 pesos???? I just bought cabbage from a typical “palengke” and it’s 63 pesos for an average size. Add eggs that cost hella expensive now. PLEASE BE REALISTIC. 😐
Healthy recipe thanks for sharing love it❤
Hello! Student Nurse here, gata isn't healthy fat at all. In fact, it is rich in lauric acid which can elevate the LDL (low-density lipoprotein) or aka bad cholesterol. Kaya laging in-emphasize ng mga Nutritionist and Cardio na to consume coconut-based food moderately
my laswa + malonggay leaves = kanami
Nica dressing up as repolyo to match her dish is the best! ❤❤❤
U miss that. My mom used to cook that. From Rixas City capiz
Same. I loooove anything ginataan 🫶🏻
Laswa may cooking oil???
For me i can say filipino foods are nutritious especially sinigang loaded wd kangkong
My mother used only repolyo in her tortang. She never added flour. But my favorite was when she used spinach in place of the cabbage. Sometimes she made it with only onions.
She also made tomatoes and scrambled eggs. Cook bawang and onion. Then add chopped tomato, let that cook until it's soft. Then add the beaten eggs.
U boiled the trap out the shrimp bro
Laswa is ❤❤❤
Oh i'm loving this type of compilation food content!!!
Content suggestion:
-What Vitamins/nutrients ang nawawala sa food kapag kunyare piniprito or binoboil
-Healthy pa rin ba kapag gumagamit ng mga seasonings like mentioned sa vid magic sarap, sinigang mix or even just salt 😛
Utan Bisaya is one of the most healthy dish in my opinion. Mainly consists of Water Vegetables Spices and salt. Most simple vegetable stew.
Na over cooked na ang hipon.
Yum, sarap ng sinigang na bangus. Sa totoo lang, masarap talaga lahat ng niluto dito sa episode na ito.
Fiesta food is unhealthy and shouldnt be eaten everyday. I think thats why Filipino food has this unhealthy reputation. Foreigners, i think have this misconception that we eat fiesta food everyday.
Laswa is not a dish in my province of Antique. Vegetables is the meaning of laswa in English.
Laswa: we just boil some water, add shrimp or alamang and the veggies that cook longer first, then the rest of the veggies. Simple, savory and very satisfying. I love to have both okra and saluyot. Namit!!!
We call Laswa as Bas-oy
