The ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS, dtsrted by building a sanatary water and sewer system within the canal zone, and a vigorous campain to erradicate the mosquitos, replacing outdated French Equipment, with new American Made machines, and rebuilding the Railrod that had been misengineered in a lot of places. Then the ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS, Started construction of the canal completing it in 1914, recording the deaths of 5,895 AMERICAN canal workers. So, TRUMP IS CORRECT, as he never said WE lost 30,000 people he said over 30,000 ɔost thier lives constructing it. Get your facts strait if you wanna be a smartass…
