Hello, today I will give you a recipe that I approached with prejudice at first but then I love to make all the time. We will make an easy lahmacun from phyllo dough. Let’s start by preparing the filling ingredients: 1 onion, 4-5 green peppers, 2 cloves of garlic, 2 tomatoes and half a bunch of parsley. I start by grinding these ingredients. [Music] I combine it with 300 grams of minced meat , add a tablespoon of tomato paste, a little olive oil, a teaspoon of salt, Isot, thyme, chili peppers and a teaspoon of cumin. After adding some black pepper, I mix and knead well. We tried two different mixtures to spread on the ready-made dough. We tried two different mixtures, one with 2 tablespoons of flour. and I mix 1 tea glass of water, in the other one I mix an egg, 1 tea glass of milk and half a tea glass of olive oil. I will try and comment on both methods for you. I will make my first lahmacun with a mixture of flour and water. After applying the mixture and folding it according to the tray, I also apply the mixture to the newly formed surfaces. After spreading the filling on it well, I bake it in the oven at 200 degrees. Now I prepare the second lahmacun using the other mixture in the same way. The other lahmacun is ready. We definitely liked the one we made with the flour and water mixture better.
