I have IBS, irritable bowel syndrome and that’s why I eat a gluten-free & lactose-free diet and no onions or garlic. If you don’t have IBS, coeliac disease, or you aren’t intolerant to gluten, you can of course use wheat flour and regular pasta in my recipes. Same with lactose-free products; use only if needed. Also, you can add garlic & onions to the savoury recipes if you like, I have added them into brackets to recipes where they would be a good addition😋

I saw someone start mixing their sauces or dressings with a handheld milk frother and it has changed my life. It really emulsifies the vinegars and oils so they never break up.

Thank you for your recipes. I need a recipe. Not creative enough or brave enough to experiment 😅but I need high fiber for health and high protein for my intense workouts. My protein shake is getting boring as well and protein bars ❤

Moi Selma! Löysin tän siun kanavan viime vuoden loppupuolella, kun miulla todettiin paha refluksitauti. Ruokarajoitteita on paljon, esim. Sipulit, vahvat mausteet, paprikat, tomaatit yms.. lista jatkuu 😅 oon saanut tosi paljon apua näistä siun resepteistä! Ne on helppoja valmistaa, ja helposti muokattavissa omaan ruokavaliooni! 😊 Olet ollut suuri apu! (Englantini on tosi huonoa, joten päätin kirjoittaa suomeksi 😊)

I love your content, but your sound is terrible. Why upload videos with such poor quality sound. Constantly turning up your videos is annoying and disrupts the flow. Your voice often trails off. Please look at these issues. You sound echoey, as if your camera/phone is far away from you. This happens on all of your videos. Love your content though.
