1 paket kuru maya (10 gr)
3 yemek kaşığı toz şeker
2 yumurta
Yarım çay bardağından biraz fazla sıvı yağ (80 ml)
1 tatlı kaşığı tuz
Yarım paket kabartma tozu (5 gr)
1 yemek kaşığı elma sirkesi
50 gr yumuşak tereyağı
Yaklaşık 8 su bardağına yakın un (200 ml bardak ile)

Ilık bir ortamda 1 saat mayalandıralım.
