I don't think restaurants offer them anymore these days but I used to get a foil wrapped triangle of chicken thighs meat that was intensely ginger flavored. Not sure if a traditional foil wrap chicken recipe is the same taste or is my local Cantonese restaurant modified and did a ginger variation but I always remember that chicken as very tasty.
You can buy pre-minced ginger from you local East-Indian grocery store — just ask. Just remember that fresh-minced is a whole lot more intense and yummy than packaged.
