  6. Did you know that microwaving changes the molecular structure of food in a very unhealthy way? You microwave things a lot. Think of how chewy bread becomes. You’ve changed the molecular structure. It’s not good for your health. People don’t talk about these things because they don’t want to give up the convenience.

  9. Ive gotta try these dips. The jalapeno popper dip sounds fantastic!! However I would like to try putting panko bread crumbs on the top instead of the bacon (to resemble the outside of the popper).. and then the cracked corn dip is so close to elote… I wonder if you could serve it warm and then top with a bunch of cotija cheese and then Tajin seasoning? I wonder how that would taste?

  18. There is also a Mediterranean variation of a layer dip that I think you’d love: hummus, tzatziki, cucumbers, tomatoes, kalamata olives, feta cheese, cilantro. Drain & dry the cukes & tomatoes for a while after cutting so they don’t release too much liquid into the dip, and assemble right before serving. Serve with pita chips, naan, and veggies.
