Kullandığım su bardağı ölçüsü: 200 ml
Tavsiye edilen pişirme sıcaklığı: 170 derece (Alt üst ayar)
Tavsiye edilen pişirme süresi: 30dakika (kontrollü)

2 su bardağı su (400ml)
1 paket maya (11 gr)
1 tatlı kaşığı şeker (10 gr)

In this recipe, I will be pre-fermenting. I use 2 cups of warm water for pre-fermentation. I add a teaspoon of sugar and 1 packet of dry yeast to the water. I mix in lukewarm water until the yeast is completely dissolved. We will wait for it to ferment in the glass for 10 minutes.

We sift our flour into a deep bowl and add it. I used 5 cups of flour in my recipe. The cup size I used is 200 ml. Add the flour by sifting. So we ventilate. Our bread will have a more spongy consistency. I open the middle part of the flour.

I add a teaspoon of salt to it. We let the yeast stand for 10 minutes. I also put it in the flour. The point you need to pay attention to here is that the water in which you have soaked the yeast must be absolutely warm. Otherwise, your swimsuit will not be activated.

I take the spatula out of the dough. I will knead in the kneading bowl for 2-3 minutes. Our dough is quite soft and sticks to the hand. The materials I used are the exact size. I’ll knead a little on the counter. For this, I sprinkle some flour on the counter.

I put the dough on the counter. As I always say, the more you knead your dough, the more concise dough you get, the more beautiful and delicious the products you make will be. I want to show you the consistency of the dough. Quite soft, definitely do not add flour.

I take the dough back into the kneading bowl. I cover it with Sera Fresh. In this way, we will leaven the dough without any air. Then I cover the dough with another cloth. I ferment for 1 hour at room temperature. At the end of 1 hour, I roll out the dough.

It is fermented quite nicely. First, I take the air out of the dough with the dough cutting scale. Then I sprinkle some flour on the counter. I will take the dough on the counter and collect it. I will also give the shape of the roll.

You can get some help from the flour. I gave the dough the shape of a roll. First I cut it in half. Then I divide the piece I cut into 5 equal parts. We will make 10 peas from this dough. In other words, we will have made 10 cardboard cups of bread.

I turn the pieces I cut into meringue. While our meringues are waiting on the side, we are preparing the glasses in the meantime. I put 10 cardboard glasses on the counter. I put some flour in one of the glasses. I shake it well so that it is flour all over.

Then I pour the remaining flour into the other glass. This is how I flour all the glasses. This way the dough will not stick. I’ll put the meringues in the glasses. I’m taking one of the meringue for this. I’m just tapering the tip a little.

I place it in such a way that the part I pointed is under the glass. Thus, we fill the bottom part of the glass. I put the meringues in 10 glasses. In this way, we will do a fermentation process again. After sorting the glasses, I sprinkle some flour on them.

We’re going to cover the dough. So I don’t want it to stick. Cover it and leave it at room temperature for 15 minutes. In the meantime, I’m going to put it on the dough. I am preparing the healing water. For this, I put some water in 2 tablespoons of flour

And mix it well. Our breads are sufficiently leavened. As you can see, it took very beautiful shapes. I put the cardboard cups in the tray on which we will bake the bread . I put some water in the ovenproof bowl in the middle of the tray

. I leave that water in the middle. Our bread will be baked moist this way. It will be more delicious. I apply the healing water that I have prepared on the dough. In the meantime, we opened our oven to 170 degrees upside down. We will bake the bread

In a controlled manner until it is nicely browned. After half an hour, the bread was well baked. I take the water I put in the middle. Then I cover it to make it softer. At the end of 10 minutes, we open it on our breads. I grease them while they’re still hot.

Thus, it becomes brighter and more delicious. After it has cooled down a bit, I take the bread out of the glasses. I cut the edge and then remove it by hand. By the way, if you watched my recipe so far and liked it, I would be very happy if you support me
