Hello, welcome to my channel and my kitchen. Let’s make lentil meatballs that are soft, do not dry out or fall apart. It is so delicious that you will want to make it often. Let’s put the lentils in the pot , add 6 cups of water and let it soften over medium heat.

Meanwhile, let’s start roasting 1 large onion. Let’s add 1 full tablespoon of tomato paste. Let’s add 1 teaspoon of salt. The lentils have softened. Let’s add 1.5 cups of bulgur for meatballs. I put the softened lentils and bulgur mixture on a tray. After the first heat passes, let’s start kneading.

Let’s pour the tomato paste and onion mixture we prepared on it. Let’s knead it as if kneading raw meatballs. Let’s adjust the salt. The consistency is very good. Let’s add the greens . I chose green onion and parsley as greens. You can diversify. Let’s start shaping.
