this is my series, lazy girl dinners, where i make EASY asian-inspired meals the whole family loves.
lazy girl dinners, ep 7: spicy tuna creamy udon 🍜
what you need:
2 packs frozen udon noodles
2 cans tuna (spicy or regular!)
3-4 tbsp mayo
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp sesame oil
2 egg yolks
2 packs roasted seaweed sheets, crumbled
handful of green onions, chopped
sesame seeds for topping
how to make it:
cook udon noodles according to package
add all ingredients to a large bowl and mix together
add in cooked noodles and mix until everything is coated
enjoy immediately!

It looks nice, but I would be worried about getting salmonella poisoning from the raw egg.
Looks yummy worried about the raw eggs but then again cesar salad dressing made with raw wggs, so I'll survive 😋 ❤

Certainly raw eggs have intrinsic risks of salmonella. Avoid that if you’re serving it to children, the elderly and the immunocompromised. Or you may use pasteurised eggs or eggs produced under certain rigid food safety system instead.
