Costco brought back the stir-fry noodle kit, so we’re going to give it a shot. We’re going to pair it with this Trader Joe’s orange chicken. Instructions says to add oil. Next, we’re going to add the veggies. Going to add the chicken. Then add the noodles. Then the sauce and cook for another minute or two. Total cook time, 9 minutes. Now time for the orange chicken. Let’s add some oil. Now we’re going to add the chicken. Add in the sauce. Total cook time 9 minutes. All right, let’s give this a shot. M I was kind of afraid the sauce would be too sweet, but it’s on point. The chicken and veggies. Chicken is a little bit dry, but I’m okay with it. Let’s try Trader Joe’s orange chicken. M. Nice and crunchy, yet as you can see, not too batter heavy. M the sauce too is not too sweet.

I like the Costco Stir Fry Noodles. I usually add extra vegies and cut the chicken a bit smaller if there are larger pieces. I usually only use one of the sauce packets.

That’s funny you say the orange chicken isn’t too sweet. I haven’t had it but for kung pao I add more soy sauce and render it to reduce the sweetness.

We bake our TJ orange chicken in the oven like frozen chicken fingers instead of frying. We cut it into smaller pieces half way through baking to make sure the bigger pieces get crispy. Add sauce after you get it to your crispy liking. A little healthier and just as tasty 😊
