Apple Fritter Pancakes
Ingredients:
1 cup all purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 TB sugar
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup diced apples
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and set aside.

I think corn pone is what they serve at Crockett's breakfast camp in Gatlinburg. They just give you a spoonful of it with your meal. I think it is really good. I guess my youngest daughter and her husband have been making those cottage cheese pancakes. Both my girls love just about any cheese.
