First of all, I wash a glass of green lentils well and put them on the stove. I stir them and let them boil. Let them boil for about 25 minutes at a medium level. Let our lentils cook aside. I add half a glass of olive oil, which we will use throughout our entire recipe, to the pan . I add some of the olive oil to the pan. Let’s add our noodles and start frying. We won’t change the color too much at a medium level, but a slight roasted taste is necessary. You can see it on the side. I also stirred the lentils. Keep an eye on the lentils during the boiling time and roast our noodles gently for about 5 minutes. Look, my dear friends, this is enough. Let’s add 2 cups of water, mix it well and let it boil. So, 2 cups of noodles, 2 cups of normal cold water. I add water, mix it, close the lid, until it drains and cooks. This time may vary depending on what you use, until our lentils are cooked. Let’s start chopping the other ingredients in it. We have a pack of corn, 3 canned capia peppers, that is, roasted capia peppers. You know this, you can easily get it in markets. We will use three of them in both Germany and Turkey. We will cut them all into cubes and put them in our salad bowl. We also have 56 pickled cucumbers and dice them. I chopped it up, I used the sweet shishki that I used, you can also use the regular classic, but my advice is the sweetishki, it is better, let’s add our boiled corn in a package until we did these, our noodles were also cooked, it took me about 17-18 minutes in the middle, it completely drained the water, it reached the consistency we wanted, now we can take our noodles from the stove, it is a very nice salad, my dear friends, it is very satisfying, it cannot really be called a salad, in fact it is a very nice thing, I will tell the story of it in the later part of the video . Let’s pour it to one side of our bowl, so we don’t leave it in the pan , so that it can cool down quickly. I boiled our lentils for 25 minutes and drained them immediately. Let’s add them to our salad bowl. Now, a very important tip while making the salad is that both the lentils and noodles are boiling very much at the moment. Let’s mix it well with other cold ingredients. A very important tip here, my dear friends, is that we will add yoghurt, so all the ingredients of the salad must be at least warm before adding the yoghurt. So if you add the yoghurt while it is boiling, the yoghurt will curdle. Your salad will not be good. The amount of yoghurt we will use is 350 grams of strained yoghurt. 1 teaspoon of salt. We have 3 large cloves of garlic. I add them by squeezing 3 garlic cloves. You can also grate them or crush them in the pan. We also added our garlic, let’s mix it well, so all the garlic is equal on all parts of the yoghurt. By the way, my dear friends, look, I prepared the yoghurt, but I do not add it to the salad, I blend it again, so my aim here is to prepare the salad as quickly as possible. You know, my time is limited, you can do this in the morning, add the yoghurt at noon, nothing will happen and after it has completely cooled down, that is, it is lukewarm, let’s add our strained yoghurt now and mix it well. By the way, if there are viewers who skipped my video, I would like to reiterate immediately that in all your salads with yoghurt, your ingredients must be cold or warm. When you pour the yoghurt on a boiling product, the yoghurt curdles, which does not provide a nice appearance in your salad, so there is no harm in terms of health, but the taste and appearance will not be good. There is something that needs to be done in the kitchen and let’s mix our salad completely with all the yoghurt to reach all parts of it and smooth the surface completely with our spoon, you know, this is a nice presentation, the sauce will come again because we smoothed it, we have finished our first step now, my dear friends, as you know, we used half a glass of olive oil, let’s put the rest in a small pan and put half water in it. Let’s add a glass of coarsely chopped walnuts and fry them in olive oil until they turn slightly pink. Turn this process down to medium heat because the walnuts can burn very quickly. Be careful. Let me show you. If it turns slightly pink, it means that it has reached the consistency we want. Now we can put it aside. After setting it aside, it is still hot. At this stage, let’s add 1 tablespoon of red pepper powder. I draw your attention. It foams as soon as I add it . The current temperature of the oil is enough for us. Red pepper powder is a product that burns very quickly. If you take it off the stove and add it, it will be wonderful. You will get results . We have prepared our sauce. Wait a bit, let the sauce cool down a little, that is, it will cool down a little, so when it cools down a little, please be careful because we have an appetizer with yoghurt underneath, do not pour the boiling oil on it, wait for it to cool down a little, there is no such thing as olive oil or freezing. After it cools down, let’s drizzle the olive oil sauce with walnuts, red pepper powder and walnuts all over our salad .
