Blueberry Cream Pie ???? ????
Pie crust:
– 2 & 1/2 cup AP flour
– 1 cup cold butter
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 1 – 2 tbsp sugar
– 4-5 tbsp ice cold water
Cream filling:
– 8 oz cream cheese
– 1/2 cup sugar
– 1 tsp vanilla essence
– 1 cup heavy cream
– 1 egg
Method:
Make your pie crust one day before baking to get perfect results. Make sure you add weights before baking your pie crust so it stays in place and bakes perfectly. Once your crust is baked halfway, add blueberries and your cream filling, then top with blueberry puree to create swirls.
Oven settings:
Use lower rod only for 35-40 mins
