Beef Tips and Rice with Keystone Canned Beef
Ingredients:
1 can Keystone Canned Beef 28 oz.
1 can cream of mushroom soup 10 oz.
1 pack Lipton onion soup mix
1 small onion diced
2 tsp minced garlic
½ can diced tomatoes
1 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp steak sauce
2 oz. fire roasted red peppers (optional)
Directions:
Heat the olive oil in a skillet
Add the onions and saute until tender
Add the garlic and saute for 1 minute
Add the cream of mushroom soup, the broth from the can of beef, the onion soup mix and the steak sauce. Mix well
Add the Keystone beef and heat to a simmer
Add the tomatoes and the peppers
Cook at a simmer for 5 to 10 minutes
Serve over rice or noodles or potatoes
Enjoy !!

I must confess i have never seen beef in a can ever!!. Now im intrigued to find it in the store to see what it is.

Veg-All Casserole
2 (15 oz.) cans Veg-All, rinsed and drained
3/4 c. onion, diced
3/4 c. celery, diced
1 (10 oz.) can water chestnuts, rinsed, drained, and diced
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cheddar cheese, grated
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Combine above ingredients together. Place in a greased 9 x 13" baking dish.
Cover with buttered bread or Ritz cracker crumbs (your choice). Bake at 375
degrees for 35-40 minutes, or until golden brown and bubby.

Did she get tested for pneumonia, covid and RSV? She is really coughing .
I have never seen canned beef in our stores, but I’ve also never looked for it. I will start looking and stock up. I’ve started our pantry stock up recently, it’s not near as much as y’all have, we don’t have as much room. But my daughter did ask why we had so much canned food. 😊
