Hello everyone. Welcome to my channel. Today, I’m bringing you a fantastic cookie recipe that you can make with just a few ingredients. Without making you wait too long, I’ll get right to the recipe. First, I add two eggs and one cup of granulated sugar to a mixing bowl. Mix well. The more thoroughly you mix, the better your cookies will be. I mix the eggs and sugar well. You can also use powdered sugar if you like. I add one cup of oil and continue mixing. After making sure they’re well combined, I add two cups of sifted flour. Add one packet of baking powder and one packet of vanilla, and mix with a spatula until thickened. Once thickened, remove the spatula and continue kneading by hand. When preparing the cookie dough, be careful not to knead the dough too much by hand. The amount of flour can fluctuate depending on the temperature of your hands. Be sure to add the flour gradually. I used about 3.5 cups of flour in total for this recipe. The amount of flour needed may vary depending on the brand . After this point, I gradually added 1/2 cup of flour, gradually bringing the dough together. Be careful not to over-knead at this stage. Just enough to bring it together. The dough should be soft but not too sticky . I brought the dough together. I removed it from the mixing bowl and gently brought it together. Then, I took a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and simply rolled it in my hand. Do not press it down. The baking sheet will spread naturally. I pinch off walnut-sized pieces and roll them into balls with my hands. If they stick, you can lightly oil your hands. I want to mention this at this point.
