Tuz, kırmızı toz biber, kekik, karabiber

Kaşar peyniri yada mozzarella
İçine sürmek için ketçap
6- 8 li büyük boy lavaş

Kenarlarını kapatmak için
2 yemek kaşığı un
4-5 yemek kaşığı su

Üzeri için kaşar peyniri

Yapılışı
Kıymayı suyunu salıp çekene kadar kavuralım. Soğanı ve biber ince bir şekilde dilip ekleyelim. İkiside yumuşayana kadar pişirelim.
Baharatları ekleyip karıştırıp ocağın altını kapatalım.

Lavaşları ortadan bölüp ortasına ketçap sürüp 1 -2 şer kaşık kıymalı harcımızdan koyalım . Üzerine kaşar peyniri ekleyelim.
Kenarlarına yapışması için un ve suyu karıştırıp sürelim .Videodaki gibi üçgen şekli verelim.

Tepsiye dizip üzerine dilerseniz tekrar ketçap sürebilirsiniz. En son üzerine kaşar peyniri koyup
180 derece fırında üstü kızarana kadar pişirelim.
Sıcak servis edelim.

Minced Meat Triangle Wrap
350gr minced meat
1 onion
1 capia pepper
Salt, red pepper powder, thyme, black pepper

Cheddar cheese or mozzarella
ketchup for smearing
6-8 large size lavash

To cover the edges
2 tablespoons of flour
4-5 tablespoons of water

Cheddar cheese for topping

Fabrication
Let’s roast the minced meat until it releases its water. Let’s slice the onion and pepper thinly and add them. Let’s cook them until they both soften.
Let’s add the spices, mix and turn off the stove.

Let’s divide the lavash in half, spread ketchup in the middle and add 1-2 spoons of our minced meat mixture. Let’s add cheddar cheese on it.
Let’s mix flour and water to make it stick to the edges. Let’s give it a triangle shape like in the video.

You can place it on a tray and put ketchup on it again if you wish. Lastly, put cheddar cheese on it.
Let’s bake it in the oven at 180 degrees until the top is golden brown.
Let’s serve it hot.
