AIRFRYER ZUCCHINI PIZZA ????????
INGREDIENTS:
* 4 Zucchinis cut into thick slices
* Sauce: 1 cup of tomato crush, 1 tsp of tomato paste, parsley flakes, garlic powder, olive oil
PREPARATION:
– Wash, peel and cut the zucchini into thick slices
– Spread the tomato sauce on top
– Place in Airfryer and cook for 10 minutes (400F)
– Turn the other side, spread more tomato sauce on top, and cook until golden brown.
– Spead mozzarella cheese, parsley flakes, and cayenne pepper (or paprika) on top and cook for 2-3 minutes.

* 4 adet kabak (kalın dilimler halinde kesilecek)
* Domates Sosu: 1 su bardağı domates sosu, 1 tatlı kaşığı domates salçası, maydanoz kurusu, sarimsak tozu ve sıvıyağı
YAPILIŞI:
– Kabakları yıkayın, kabuklarını soyun ve kalın dilimler halinde kesin.
– Üzerine domates sosunu yayın
– Airfryer’a yerleştirin ve 10 dakika (200C/400F) pişirin
– Diğer tarafını çevirin, üzerine biraz daha domates sosu sürün ve altın rengi olana kadar pişirin.
– Üzerine mozarella peyniri, maydanoz kurusu ve acı toz biber (veya paprika) serpin ve 2-3 dakika pişirin.
