Enfes Yemek Tarifleri mutfağına hoş geldiniz. Bugün sizlere Kahvaltılık Mini Bazlama tarifi hazırladım. Normal bizim yaptığımız bazlama tarifinden biraz farklı ama bir o kadar da lezzetli. İnanın şimdiye kadar böyle minik pamuk gibi bazlama yememişsinizdir. Püf noktalarına dikkat ederseniz sizi inanılmaz mutlu edecek bir tarif. Mutlaka denemenizi tavsiye ediyorum ????

Kahvaltılık Mini Bazlama – Kahvaltılık Tarifler – Enfes Yemek Tarifleri

Tarif İçin Malzemeler:

1 su bardağı ılık süt (200 ml).
Yarım su bardağı ılık su (100 ml).
1 yemek kaşığı kuru maya (10 gr).
2 yemek kaşığı toz şeker (40 gr).
1 su bardağı un (120 gr).
1 yumurta.
Yarım çay bardağı sıvı yağ (45 ml).
4 su bardağı un (480 gr).
1 tatlı kaşığı tuz (8 gr).

Arasına Sürmek İçin: ( Kahvaltılık çikolata ve fındık ezmesi)

Hello dear friends, welcome to my channel and kitchen. I hope you are well. (????????). Let’s prepare the recipe together. Half a glass of warm water (100 ml) 1 glass of warm milk (200 ml) 2 tablespoons of sugar (40 g) 1 packet of dry yeast (10 g)

Let’s mix until the sugar and yeast dissolve. 1 glass of flour (120 gr) Let’s mix. Watch the video until the end so you don’t miss the details. Cover and leave for 15 minutes to ferment. 15 minutes later. 1 egg. Half a tea glass of vegetable oil (40 ml) Let’s mix.

4 glasses of flour (480 gr) 1 teaspoon of salt (8 gr) Let’s mix. If you are watching my channel for the first time, you can subscribe to not miss my other recipes. Knead the dough like this for 3-4 minutes. We obtain a medium soft and non-sticky dough.

Cover it and let it rest for 30 minutes. After 30 min. Remove the air from the dough. Knead the dough for 1 more minute on the counter. Let’s expand the dough. What country are you watching me from? I would be glad if you write in the comments.
