My favorite postpartum snack. The girls took over, and they turned out delicious. 😎💓
Protein Balls
1 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/3 cup ghee
1 1/2 cups oats
2 scoops creamy chocolate farmer protein powder
6 tablespoons cocoa powder
1/2 cup ground flax seed
2 tablespoons chia seeds
2 tablespoons hemp seeds
2 tablespoons coco nibs
1 cup puff cereal (this is puffed millet but I love puffed quinoa as well)
Mix everything until combined and roll into balls. Store in the refrigerator!
