Hello friends. Welcome to my channel and video. Today, we’re making a yogurt dessert. First, I prepare the syrup. I add 2 cups of sugar and 2 cups of water. After adding the lemon zest, I stir until the sugar dissolves. I put the syrup on the stove and bring it to a boil . I turn on the heat and stir until the sugar dissolves. I prepare the syrup first over high heat, then over medium heat. 15-16 minutes is enough. While the syrup is boiling, I start making the dough. My ingredients for the dough are 2 eggs, 1 cup of yogurt, 1 cup of flour, 1 packet of baking powder, and 1 packet of vanilla. First, I whisk the eggs thoroughly. After whisking the eggs, I add the yogurt. I whisk the yogurt thoroughly as well . I add the baking powder. I add the vanilla. I slowly add the flour. We don’t do it all at once. I add the flour again and continue mixing. Let’s mix it well until it becomes a fluid dough. I whisked my dough well. It should be fluid like this. We have a smooth dough like cake batter . Now let’s start making it. I poured 2 cups of oil into the pan. I also put oil in a bowl like this to grease my spoon. I immediately dip my spoon into the oil. I take half a spoonful of my batter and pour it like this. I continued pouring until the pan is full. The oil will be cold, friends. Let me share this tip with you. I continue cooking over medium heat. Yes, friends, I cooked it upside down. We need to make sure there is no batter left in the pan. Let’s cook it like this, constantly turning it.
