Captain Morgan Dip!
Okay, we’ve got 8 oz softened cream cheese, half a cup of chopped bacon. Then we’re going to add a half a cup of mayonnaise. We are making a Captain Rodney’s cheese bake. Then we use the Helman’s mayo, correct? Yes. Helman’s mayonnaise in this household. Then two green onions. Oh, sorry y’all. I’m so sorry. two cups of sharp cheddar cheese. Going to mix this up before we put in our last ingredient. Okay, now we’ve got that mixed up. We’re going to add in one of our key ingredients. It’s Captain Rodney’s glaze, half a cup. Tyler will show you the bottle. A friend of mine, Dawn Jones from J. E. Jones Farm in South Georgia. We were going to make this dip. We didn’t get the time, so I thought I’d make it today and give it a try. Get it all mixed up real good. Then we got our oven preheated to 350. We’re going to bake it for 15 minutes. Okay. And this is a very pretty dish. Have you always had this? Thank you. I have for years and years. Make sure I get all my cheese out of here. Okay. Now, before we put it in our oven, going to take some Ritz crackers, maybe six to eight of them, and top it off. Oh, this will give it a little bit more color to crispen up. Correct. Yeah. Now, we’re going to bake for 15 minutes. Okay, this is our cheese bait by Captain Morgan. See how nice it looks? Show that. It’s a nice brown crisp. Smells delicious. Very good. What would you rate it? An 8.5. Oh, that bacon really adds to it.
